We deliver to you, regardless of the size of your order. We can cook on site and for larger groups, we would recommend it. Most customers prefer us to set up buffet style and the guests serve themselves.

Amount of Food

Generally speaking, an average adult will eat about 1 pound of food per sitting. So if you are serving 2 meats & 2 sides, you need about 1/4 pound of each per person, and for 1 meat & 2 sides, you need about 1/3 pound of each. This holds true unless you have a bunch of teenage boys or elementary age children. People also eat more at dinner than at lunch. They'll eat even more at your wedding!

Pricing

Prices per person can vary from $12 to $40 depending upon the items chosen and the amount of people being fed. The most extravagant and memorable item you can order is a whole hog. It will feed over 70 people, providing, the best pulled pork sandwiches they have ever had – it is also the most cost effective for a very large group. After you have chosen your menu and accept our pricing, you will need to deposit 50% to secure the date and get the ball rolling.

After you have your guest list, location and what you might want to serve your guests, go to our Event Form and fill out the form. Someone will contact you for further details and to solidify your needs. Also, if it is not on our menu, it doesn’t mean we don’t cook it – please ask. Cause, seriously, if mama wants gumbo, we’ll cook her up some gumbo.
