Our Chef's Story

Born and raised in central California, reaching maturity in Memphis, TN . He spent 20 years working as an engineer before getting involved in barbecue competitions. Was a certified judge for KCBS (the contests you have seen on TV) while working on his own culinary journey. The majority of his influences come from the south as well as southern California.
